I think I know what they did. They did a Google image search for 'Big Brother Emma' or something similar as that pic came up. I found it originally here:

Supposedly it is Emma from Big Brother, but from Big Brother in the UK and her last name is Greenwood rather than Cornell.

After reading that I must say even Kris Noble looks intelligent. Maybe they will get OG Paper to produce Big Brother next year. At least we won't be bored as there will be different housemates (or "roommates") each week according to their understanding of who everyone is.
